Shelby's Hat and Ruth's Scarf

Shelby used a round loom that she got for Christmas to knit this adorable hat. She is so talented!

Ruth knitted this scarf using the same yarn that Shelby used in the hat above. She used size US 8 (5 mm) needles and a garter stitch (knit all rows). It is a bulky yarn made by Lion Brand called Aspen Tweed. This is the very first scarf that Ruth knitted. What an awesome job!
